Blood is my Obsession Intro

  Jodi Tyler was one of the most boring people on the face of the earth.  His day consisted
of waking up, attending class after a shower, getting dinner, doing his homework, and finally
going to bed.  No exceptions, although he did welcome a visit from his family, whom he rarely
saw even though they lived so close.  In short, Jodi was in a rut.
   The nineteen year old boy didn't seem to mind this.  He was the type who loved order, the
type who made lists and actually followed them, in other words-Jodi was anal retentive.  He
loved that fact that his life was steady, nothing would ever change or become to much for him
to handle.  
   The boy had sacrificed a full scholarship to a very prestigious college in favor of going to a
community college, just so he wouldn't have to disrupt his self-created, sheltered life.
   One would expect that it would take something huge to pull our anal, neurotic hero out of
his rut, but no.  It all began with a simple letter.
